We're excited to be recruiting an experienced retail leader to take on the role of Store Manager at our brand‑new, corporately owned 7‑Eleven store in Wagga Wagga, NSW, located in the heart of the Riverina region. Wagga Wagga is a major regional hub, offering a strong community feel, great lifestyle balance, and excellent local amenities.
This is a unique opportunity to open a new store from day one, establish a local team, and play a key role in serving the Wagga Wagga community.

Recruitment process
As part of our recruitment process, you'll be invited to complete a 45-minute online assessment designed to align your skills with the role's requirements. Successful candidates will use this assessment to shape their onboarding and development plans at 7‑Eleven. All candidates receive a confidential performance report, regardless of the outcome.
