Senior Design Technician (Maroochydore)

As a Senior Design Technician (Senior Civil Designer), you'll work in a multidisciplinary road and highways engineering team in Maroochydore, planning and designing road and civil infrastructure projects for key clients including TMR and major councils. Current workload includes major transport projects across Southeast Queensland.
Your role will include:
* 10+ years industry experience with suitable academic qualifications
* Proven experience in managing small design and drafting teams
* Lead 12D modelling on road projects (TMR project experience is a must)
* Work alongside an exceptional multidisciplinary team of drafters, designers, engineers and project managers
* Sound technical knowledge of current industry standards including Austroads and TMR in road design
* Commitment to continuous learning
* Demonstrated ability to work in a team

In a similar designer role you handle general civil and road 3D modelling, manage a team, mentor junior staff, and deliver projects in consultation with Engineers and Project Managers.
