We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to join our BCS Cairns branch.
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our strata team in Cairns and Port Douglas.

Relocation support is available for candidates outside Cairns to assist with your transition.Your Objectives:Leadership: Lead a dedicated team aligned with our values, ensuring exceptional service delivery and making a real impact daily.Branch Performance & Operations: Drive growth and manage expenses, leveraging your expertise in strata functions and legislative knowledge to meet SLAs.Client Focus & Growth: Engage with clients and colleagues to address complex building portfolio challenges and improve services.Employee Development: Foster a supportive environment, coach staff, and promote professional growth and satisfaction.Hiring and Retaining Talent: Attract top talent, motivate your team, and cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation.What makes you stand out?
At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in professional services such as real estate, financial services, legal, or insurance.Ideally, at least 3 years of experience as a strata managing agent.Diploma or degree in management or a related field (preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of business operations and HR procedures.Understanding of client and strata manager roles and their interface with owners.Proficiency in financial reports and budgets.Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel, and capable of using multiple systems effectively.Customer-focused attitude.Proven ability to lead change.BCS Cairns is a vital branch within the PICA Group network.Who is PICA Group?
