RateFinder is an AI-powered home loan rate comparison platform (ratefinder.com.au) designed to help Australians navigate lending options with clarity and confidence. By combining intelligent rate analysis with broker expertise, RateFinder is gaining strong early traction and generating consistent, high-intent borrower enquiries.
Following this early momentum and improving lead quality, we are now looking to bring on a motivated, early-career Mortgage Broker to work exclusively with inbound leads generated through the RateFinder platform.
About the role
You will be responsible for engaging with warm inbound digital leads, understanding client scenarios, and either converting them directly or setting high-quality appointments for our senior brokers. These are not cold calls. The leads are generated through active paid and organic campaigns and require speed, discipline, and strong communication skills.
This is a hybrid role, with our offices based in Norwest. Initial time will be spent in-office to ensure proper onboarding, training, and integration, with flexibility to transition to a more remote structure once performance and consistency are demonstrated.
What we are looking for
We are ideally seeking someone earlier in their broking journey who is ambitious, coachable, and sees this as a genuine growth opportunity. Strong phone manner, confidence in client conversations, and a working knowledge of residential lending are important. Sales mindset, persuasion skills, and disciplined time management will be key to succeeding in this role.
