Type: Full-Time, Permanent (38 hours/week, Monday–Friday).
What You'll Do
* As a Warehouse Operator, you are the backbone of our logistics chain, handling high-value technology and ensuring strict data security protocols are met.
* Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
* Accurately pick, pack, and palletise ICT equipment for domestic and international shipment.
* Use handheld scanners and inventory management software to track assets in real-time, ensuring 100% records accuracy.
* Organize and consolidate stock on racking systems to maintain a clean, high-functioning environment.
* Ensure secure handling of sensitive hardware designated for data sanitization or destruction.
* Adhere strictly to WHS policies, teamwork protocols, and equipment maintenance schedules.
What You'll Bring
* A current and valid Australian Forklift (LF) Licence is essential.
* A basic understanding of computer components (CPUs, RAM, Hard Drives) and comfort using digital inventory systems.
* Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual handling tasks safely (up to 20 kg).
* Ability to spot a serial number discrepancy and a knack for packing fragile equipment securely.
* A strong work ethic with a commitment to consistent Monday–Friday shifts.
* Willingness to learn our specialized data destruction processes and grow with the company.
