About the role
Boss Hoses Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Hose Fitter to join our team in Ipswich. This is a full-time position that will see you play a vital role in the maintenance and repair of hydraulic hoses for our diverse range of industrial and commercial clients.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.
What you'll be doing
Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot hydraulic hose systems to identify issues
Measure, cut, and assemble hydraulic hoses and fittings to customer specifications
Install and replace hydraulic hoses and components on a variety of equipment
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems
Maintain a clean and organised work area, and ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients
Comply with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Hydraulic Hose Fitter or similar role in the Trades & Services industry
A minimum of 1-2 years of hydraulic hose fitting experience is required.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to work efficiently and accurately, with a keen eye for detail
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A valid HR driver's licence
