We are seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to lead initiatives focused on endometriosis education for healthcare professionals.


About the Role

This externally facing position is key to improving patient care standards for those with endometriosis.

You will deliver high-quality education and training to enhance diagnostic, treatment, and management skills in this complex condition.

* Develop tailored educational programs on endometriosis.
* Engage proactively with healthcare professionals through face-to-face visits, calls, and emails.
* Coordinate appointments with clinics and stakeholders.
* Conduct workshops and training sessions using various formats.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote best practices.
* Provide ongoing support and share insights to inform broader medical strategy.
* Maintain accurate records and report on KPIs and program outcomes.

About You:

* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is required.
* Clinical experience in women's health and/or endometriosis is desirable.
* Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
* Ability to build relationships across commercial and clinical teams is critical.
* Experience in developing and delivering healthcare education is necessary.
* You must be organised, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
* Understanding of medical terminology, treatment pathways, and healthcare systems is required.
