Our client is a well-established company specialising in furniture delivery, collection, and installations across both residential and commercial settings
They are looking for a reliable Delivery & Installations Assistant to join their team in Beenleigh.
This is a casual role offering 30-38 hours per week, typically across three 10-hour days (preferably Monday to Wednesday) with flexibility for a 4th day at 8 hours (Thursday)
The shift generally begins at 6:00 am, and the role involves working closely with an experienced team member to assist with various delivery and installation tasks.
Tasks and Responsibilities
* Assist with the delivery and collection of furniture
* Support the installation of furniture in both residential and commercial locations
* Operate basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and a hand drill
* Safely load and unload items as required
* Present professionally while on-site and maintain good customer interaction
* Work as a reliable second hand to the lead installer
What We're Looking For
* Holds an active Driver's License (required)
* Comfortable using basic hand tools (screwdrivers, hand drill etc.)
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
* Punctual, dependable, and a team player
* Well-groomed and presentable, suitable for customer-facing work
* Must have dark trousers and steel cap boots (company shirt provided on second day)
* Forklift License (preferably but not required)
