As Total Data Experts, we simplify database administration and maintenance for IT teams worldwide.Job Overview:We are looking for a talented Integration Testing Specialist with strong expertise in testing ServiceNow integrations. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating ServiceNow’s integration with various enterprise applications and ensuring seamless, high-quality interoperability.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for ServiceNow integration scenarios.2. Test and validate integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, web services, or data imports.3. Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for ServiceNow modules interacting with other applications.4. Collaborate closely with development teams, ServiceNow architects, and integration specialists to clarify requirements and resolve issues.5. Identify, document, and track defects systematically and ensure timely resolution.6. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.7. Validate data flows, synchronisation processes, and error handling between ServiceNow and integrated systems.8. Use tools like Postman, SOAP UI, and ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF) for API and workflow validation.9. Ensure adherence to test standards, documentation, and quality processes.Required Skills and Experience:1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow integrations.2. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, especially around modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.3. Solid experience testing REST and SOAP APIs.4. Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow Agile Development, TestRail).5. Familiarity with integration platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or direct integrations with Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, SAP, etc.6. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.7.
