It will coordinate and deliver sustainable supplier performance through category monthly reviews, quality incident cost recovery facilitation, implementation of site quality metrics, and continuous improvement principles.Trend quality data (MyQI) to identify key areas for improvement relevant to TWEBPC.Develop and maintain cost recovery metrics and processes for effective cost management and reporting.Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality Management System by reporting hazards and quality issues promptly.Generate, facilitate, and finalize MyQIs for supplier food safety and quality issues, including monitoring site performance in MyQI compliance.About youYou should have relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or planning, preferably in an FMCG environment, with a strong understanding of procurement best practices and process change management.Excellent stakeholder liaison and influencing skills.Operational, logistics, & production experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.Effective presentation skills for various audience sizes.Why you’ll love it here:Our culture emphasizes authenticity, courage, and collaboration—core to TWE’s identity.We support your growth with global career opportunities and programs focused on health, wellbeing, and development.Enjoy access to our renowned wines through a generous employee product allowance.Receive an extra day off each year with your “TWEforME Day” — a personal day to spend as you wish.We offer benefits like flexibility, rewards, discounts, and health initiatives.
