We are seeking a Systems Expert to maintain and monitor business infrastructure and systems in Darwin. Key responsibilities include technology implementations, service and project requests, incident response, and infrastructure platform design.
Main Responsibilities:
* Technology integration and deployment
* Service and project request fulfillment
* Incident response and rectification (severity 2 and 3)
* Infrastructure platform design and troubleshooting
Essential Skills:
* Windows Server and Desktop Operating System administration
* Active Directory management
* Microsoft Exchange (on-prem & cloud) configuration
* Microsoft Teams implementation
* VMware vSphere and associated VMware technologies expertise
* Microsoft System Centre suite and other enterprise software proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
* IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL v4 best practices
* Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes experience
* Familiarity with complex systems environments (physical and virtualized)
