Role Overview
As a Mobile Banker, you’ll deliver an end‑to‑end home‑lending experience, from first conversation through to approval and settlement. Reporting to the Mobile Banking Team Manager, you’ll build strong relationships, proactively generate new business, and provide expert lending guidance across a range of customer channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve home‑lending sales and service KPIs
* Identify new business opportunities within member networks and communities
* Conduct lending interviews via video, phone, and in‑person
* Accurately process home loan applications and issue approvals
* Build trusted relationships with prospective and existing members
* Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders
* Attend events, workplace visits, and community activations to generate leads
* Ensure full compliance with lending regulations and internal policies
* Support onboarding and training of new lenders when required
* Provide accurate reporting and performance updates to leadership
Skills & Experience
* Certificate IV in Finance/Mortgage Broking (or higher)
* Minimum 12 months direct home loan sales experience
* 5 years’ sales experience desirable
* Tier 2 (FSR) accreditation
* Strong understanding of lending compliance and legislative requirements
* Ability to analyse loan applications and financial documents
* Highly organised, self‑driven and able to work autonomously
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Unrestricted driver’s licence
* Confident presenting to individuals and small groups
