BDS MECHANICAL - SERVICE MANAGER
BDS Mechanical Repairs Aus is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager (based at the Gold Coast headquarters) to ensure compliance for all BDSA sites across Queensland. This hands-on leadership position offers the opportunity to manage daily workshop operations within a large, privately owned organisation while driving team performance and operational excellence.

About you:
* Management experience essential
* Light + heavy vehicle knowledge
* Industry standard knowledge
* Strong communication skills

* Proven record for leading a successful team
* Ability to manage all aspects of the business effectively
* Ability to lead continuous improvement and WH&S
* Proficient in the computer skills
* Ability to drive business growth, cultivate new opportunities

* Quality control and compliance

* Estimating and quoting
* Ability to deal with internal and external clients
* Management of staff performance
