What You'll Do
Reporting to the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager, the Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist will oversee the full lifecycle recruiting needs across Junior Consultant and Consultant cohorts. This role will also have focus on our diversity recruiting strategy in ANZ.
Shaping and delivering our campus recruiting strategy for Australia and New Zealand
* Own and deliver the campus recruiting strategy and key hiring activities for MBA Consultants
* Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager (Experienced Hiring) to deliver the recruiting strategy and drive key hiring activities for Junior Consultant and Consultant cohorts, and support senior hiring as required
* Ensure awareness of competitor activities and offerings to inform and improve BCG our overall recruiting approach and cross offer conversion success
* Help shape and implement our overarching recruiting strategy by leading initiatives and contributing to key local & global projects
* Demonstrate flexibility to support associate campaign recruitment during peak campus hiring periods, as needed
Talent sourcing and managing recruitment activities
* Develop and manage sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines to fill current and future roles across Junior Consultant & Consultant cohorts
* Market mapping of relevant universities, companies, sectors and geographies, to identifying target organisations, networks and talent pools
* Identify, proactively source, cultivate, assess, and manage high quality candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
* Drive diversity recruiting initiatives and efforts; jointly responsible for our team's Consultant diversity target(s)
* Articulate and present opportunities at BCG (incl. the candidate value proposition) to appropriate talent markets
* Manage key stakeholders as a trusted partner and valued advisor; building a deep understanding of the BCG's businesses, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
Events
* Act as 'the face' of BCG at recruiting events for MBA and lateral hires
* Develop and design the strategy for recruitment events, onsite and campus events for MBA campaigns, inclusive of all logistics
* Assist in setting the strategy for and owns BCG's relationships with student societies and clubs on campus, as well as liaising and engaging with relevant career services, facilities etc.
* Track the ROI from our marketing activities to determine best results
Metric & Reporting
* Review key metrics and performance measures, make recommendations for enhancement
* Apply analytics and a data-driven approach to drive improvements in efficiency in our recruitment process
Teaming
* Embed global best practices and drive operational effectiveness through process improvements
* Coach and mentor other team members to drive a high performing team environmen
What You'll Bring
Experience
* Significant experience in full lifecycle recruiting gained in either agency or in-house recruitment team, ideally within a professional services environment
* Experience and proven success with creating direct sourcing strategies in identifying, attracting and managing top talent from industry
* Deep expertise of recruiting from active and passive candidate pools to deliver on high profile, difficult to fill roles
* Experience managing multiple searches and competing demands
* Ability to build and maintain networks to leverage for search of qualified candidates; to stay up to date of new hiring industry practices/market intelligence; and capitalise on talent opportunities
* Experience owing and driving a diversity recruiting programs
* Demonstrated ability to identify and drive operational effectiveness specifically the development of innovative direct sourcing strategies
