Embarking on a career as an Account Manager at Hilti is an exciting development journey, if you are someone keen to develop your career in a global company and build a strong business foundation. You will manage your own portfolio of customer accounts and be given ownership to build a work schedule that best suits you and your customers. You’ll make sales by maintaining customer relationships, demonstrating our latest tools on the spot, and providing high level customer consultation.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Building Relationships – Proactively develop and manage long-term partnerships with contractors, engineers, and key project stakeholders through daily face-to-face engagement. Identify and capture business opportunities by delivering value driven solutions across a diverse customer base within the territory.
* Time & Territory Management (TTM) – Plan and execute an effective daily schedule across jobsites, contractor offices, and project locations to maximise coverage and sales productivity. Prioritise high value opportunities to ensure consistent engagement with decision makers and influencers.
* Hilti Brand & Technical Expertise – Act as a Hilti product and solutions champion by delivering consultative technical demonstrations and application support. Provide informed recommendations on Hilti systems to position the brand as a trusted partner in productivity, safety, and performance on site.
* Sales Pipeline & Performance Tracking – Utilise Salesforce CRM to document customer interactions, track opportunities, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Ensure accurate reporting and data driven decision making to support territory growth and strategic account development.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

* Proven selling capability with clear, visible results
* Experience negotiating significant pricing and trading agreements, including strong understanding of margins and volume related discounts
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation, up to and including Director level
* Ability to quickly learn and implement new ideas, products, and solutions
* Strong presentation and influencing skills
* Account management / solution sales experience, including managing relationships, commercial performance, and solution delivery within construction industry sectors
