We are seeking highly skilled Behaviour Support Practitioners to form meaningful connections with NDIS participants and their support networks. As a valued member of our team, you will embark on a journey of personal and professional growth, delivering life-changing therapy in diverse settings.
* You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans, leveraging positive behaviour support frameworks to drive successful outcomes.
* A key aspect of this role is conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) and fostering relationships with participants and their supports.
* We value adaptability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
* If you have a relevant tertiary qualification, relevant registration, and at least 2 years of experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, we encourage you to apply.
Your success in this role requires:
* Deemed status as a Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, along with proof of eligibility.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, accompanied by a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
* A valid Australian driver's license, NDIS Workers Screening Check, and Working with Children's Check.
