The Role

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting both our clients and our internal teams. From managing social media to designing creatives, assisting with campaigns, and even supporting sales, this role is perfect for someone who is motivated, organised, and excited to build their career in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for clients, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
• Create, design, and send newsletters (Mailchimp or similar).
• Assist the Paid Ads team with campaign creatives (graphics, visuals, and copy input).
• Support the Director with day-to-day marketing tasks and agency projects.
• Prepare client reports across a variety of digital marketing services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Assist with sales activities, including lead follow-up, client proposals, and presentations.
• Opportunity to earn commission for successful new business contributions.
• Stay up to date with trends across social media, design, sales, and digital marketing.

Skills & Experience

• Strong design skills, with experience using Canva, Photoshop (or similar).
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and other common marketing tools.
• Social media management experience (business or agency side).
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, proactive, and highly motivated attitude.
• Sales mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to business development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
