Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and train a team of up to 35 team members.
* Drive the Ghanda values with your store team.
* Maintain a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
* Liaise with the Stock Allocator and work independently to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
* Prepare and monitor store rosters, sales reports and store/team compliance.
About the candidate
* Demonstrated leadership experience – leads from the front, empowers the team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organisational values.
* Customer‐first mindset, with solid fundamentals and a serious approach to retail.
* Similar experience in a retail or hospitality role is preferred, though the right attitude over experience is valued.
