Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include
•Preparing and baking sour dough bread loaves, baguettes, rolls.
•Preparing viennoiserie, pastries inclusive of glazing pastries
•kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough
•monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times
•coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and pastry products
•operating machines which roll and mould dough
•ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations for operation of equipment
