About the program
Our Graduate Program runs for two years, focusing on developing both foundational and future‐focused skills. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, gain exposure to metallurgical processes, and develop the skills needed to support and improve a continuous processing operation.

Where you will be working
Our Bell Bay Aluminium smelter began operating in 1955 and holds a unique place in Tasmanian and Australian history as the first aluminium smelter in the Southern Hemisphere. Based approximately 50 kilometres from Launceston in Northern Tasmania, the smelter produces primary aluminium products.
Requirements
* Graduate or final‐year student with less than two years of relevant work experience
* Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
* Right to work in Australia or New Zealand (citizen, permanent resident, student or postgraduate work visa holders)
* Current "C Class" Manual Driver's License at the time of commencement
