This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Brand Manager to take ownership of a high-volume portfolio, working across brand strategy, innovation and integrated campaigns in a business that values strong execution and real-world impact.
The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for driving brand growth across a portfolio of established hardware and home improvement brands. This role offers true end-to-end ownership — from annual brand planning and NPD through to go-to-market execution and in-market optimisation.
You'll work closely with Sales, Product, Operations and agency partners to ensure brands are positioned clearly, activated effectively in-store and online, and supported with strong commercial discipline.
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and deliver annual brand plans aligned to category, channel and commercial objectives
* Own the NPD and innovation pipeline, including stage-gate processes, business cases and product launches
* Lead integrated marketing campaigns across retail, trade, digital, POS and shopper channels
* Manage brand budgets and contribute to commercial performance tracking (sales, margin, ROI)
* Use consumer, shopper and market insights to inform positioning, messaging and innovation
* Partner with Sales on ranging, retailer activations and trade engagement
* Manage agency partners and ensure consistent execution across all brand touchpoints
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Senior Assistant Brand Manager within FMCG
* Background in hardware, home improvement, household, garden, building products or consumer goods
* Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and performance drivers
* Hands-on experience delivering NPD and product launches
* Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and operations
* Strategic thinker who enjoys being close to execution and seeing brands perform in market
