The Role
As our new Centre Director, you’ll be leading from the front – but off the floor, so you can focus on what you do best: inspiring your team, supporting families, and ensuring excellence across the service.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Overseeing daily operations and compliance
* Leading, mentoring and developing a dedicated team of educators
* Building strong, respectful relationships with families and the local community
* Driving continuous improvement in line with the NQS and EYLF

Who You Are
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education
* Previous experience in a leadership role within Early Childhood Education
* Knowledge of the NQF, EYLF and regulations
* A warm, approachable leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and delivering quality outcomes for children and families
* Excellent interpersonal skills with employee, management and families. Excellent knowledge of National Quality Framework.
