EFT/Hours: 0.8 EFT (32 Hours Per Fortnight)
Status: Permanent Part Time (x2 Positions)
Hourly Rate: PT$ to $ per hour plus 12% superannuation
About the Role
NCN Health is seeking an Enrolled Nurse - Level 2 to join the Irvin House team.
As an Enrolled Nurse in our aged care facility, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our residents. Under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will assist in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care in line with current nursing standards and best practice guidelines.
You will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for our residents. Your focus will be on delivering person-centred care, monitoring clinical changes, and ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of each resident are met.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older adults. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of clinical best practice and a proactive approach to supporting resident independence and wellbeing.
You will have:
* Vaccination against seasonal Influenza (mandatory)
* Vaccination against COVID-19 (recommended)
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and actively participate in planning and decision-making processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and respectful approach when engaging with residents, families, and colleagues
* A commitment to working in line with NCN Health's Values and the Victorian Public Sector Code of Conduct
