Support Officer for Senator
The Electorate Office of a Parliamentarian is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Support Officer to manage the day-to-day operations, provide administrative assistance and support the effective functioning of the office.
* Manage the Senator's diary, appointments, travel and other logistics
* Provide exceptional customer service to constituents and visitors, responding to their queries in a prompt, courteous and sensitive manner
* Perform a range of general administrative tasks including invoice payments, supply management, data entry and database maintenance
* Liaise with Government departments, organisations and stakeholders
* Support the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications in business management, economics or law
* Experience in office administration, stakeholder engagement, customer service and event management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Strong organisational and time management skills
