Administrative Coordinator
Your role involves managing the day-to-day operations that keep the company running smoothly and efficiently. It includes planning, organizing, and overseeing core activities such as financial management, customer service, staffing, marketing, and general office operations.

You will handle a wide range of responsibilities, often working across multiple departments to ensure that Aus-Precast meets its goals and delivers quality service. Your work supports business growth, improves productivity, and helps maintain a positive, organized work environment.
Key responsibilities may include:
Year 12 completion is required as the minimum qualification for this position.
• Managing daily operations to keep workflows efficient and organized
• Tracking finances, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense management. MYOB experience highly desired.
• Supporting customer relations through communication, scheduling, and service coordination
• Maintaining records and documentation for smooth internal processes
• Coordinating with staff and vendors to support business needs
• Assisting with marketing and sales tasks, such as social media updates or customer outreach
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and basic regulatory requirements
