Examine a diverse array of planning proposals, encompassing new developments and land utilizations to intricate greenfield subdivisions, across residential, rural, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Deliver exceptional customer service and planning advice to internal and external stakeholders.
* Familiarity with WA town planning principles and approval processes.
* Well-developed communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Experience with report writing, research undertakings, and plan assessments is vital.
* A degree in Urban and Regional Planning (or equivalent) is required or being pursued.
