Are you an experienced ecommerce leader ready to own and drive the online growth of a thriving brand? Ela & Earth has a rare and exciting opportunity for you

In this role you'll:
Drive the end-to-end ecommerce performance of our online store
Own Shopify operations and optimise conversion, UX and merchandising
Lead and develop a high-performing ecommerce & digital team
Collaborate across product, operations and marketing to support growth
Deliver insights on revenue, customer journey and commercial outcomes
We're looking for someone with:
5+ years in ecommerce, ideally with Shopify experience
Strong commercial and analytical mindset
A track record of leading teams and scaling digital performance
A passion for fast-moving brand environments and improving customer experience
