This is a great opportunity to be part of an established, high‐performing Drill & Blast Team on one of the various minesites that we have here at MACA. As a Blast Hole Driller, you'll be responsible for operating rigs safely and efficiently to meet daily production targets. You'll be a key part of a skilled and supportive team, playing a vital role in delivering precise and productive outcomes and working on an 8:6 roster.

Key Responsibilities
* Drill holes to the right depth and angle as per the drill plan
* Conduct daily pre‐start checks and report any equipment issues
* Adjust drilling based on ground conditions
* Follow all safety rules and site procedures
* Work closely with Shotfirers and Supervisors to achieve accurate drill patterns
* Demonstrate knowledge of ground conditions and drilling techniques
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
* Experience in a production mining open pit environment
* Epiroc T45 and D65 and Sandvik D1650i, DP1500i and DR410i & CAT MD6250 & CAT 5150 experience preferred
* Current Manual WA driver's licence
* HR licence advantageous
* Strong communication skills
