About The Role And Where You Will Be Working
We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Development Nurse to join our dedicated team. This is a permanent part-time position, working 8 days per fortnight and based in Rivervale, WA, with travel to other locations across WA as required.
Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Consultant, this role supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of best practice clinical education across the organisation. Working closely with Operational, Quality, WHS, IT, and Learning & Development teams, you'll contribute to building capability and enhancing consumer outcomes across our Residential, Mental Health, Disability, and Home Care services.

* Provide immediate and responsive clinical training and support to staff
* Deliver evidence-based education aligned with contemporary nursing standards and legislation
* Support quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes
* Contribute to the development and review of clinical policies, guidelines, and training resources
* Build positive relationships across multidisciplinary teams
* Foster a positive, high-performing, and consumer-centered care culture
* Promote safe and inclusive workplace practices
About You
You are a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a commitment to continuous improvement and best practice education. You're confident leading change and capable of inspiring others through coaching and mentorship.
To Be Considered For This Role, You'll Need
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar clinical and/or training role
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practice nursing and care
* High-level understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
* Demonstrated ability to build a positive workplace culture and drive change
* Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proven experience in delivering both group and one-on-one education
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and aged care clinical software
* Current WA Driver's Licence and willingness to travel as required
Desirable
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Experience in aged care accreditation and funding models (e.g., AN-ACC, QI Program)
* Experience across aged care, disability, and mental health sectors
