We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our experienced engineering team at our Kingston workshop.

The Role
Reporting to the Engineering Team Lead, you will be involved in:
* Mechanical design and development of anchoring systems
* 3D modelling, BOMs and detailed drawings using Autodesk Inventor
* 3D printing and prototyping
* Engineering calculations, equipment sizing, and basic FEA
* Supporting production, testing, and continuous improvement
* Working with SAP Business One and Microsoft Office tools
About You
* Engineering or design qualification (Mechanical preferred)
* Full-time working rights

* Varying levels of experience encouraged to apply (graduate to senior)
* Solid mechanical design and drafting skills, strong understanding of mechanical assemblies
* Experience with 3D CAD software (Inventor preferred; SolidWorks and alternatives considered)
* Ability to produce clear, workshop-ready drawings
* A proactive and hands-on mindset, willing to work closely with production teams
