About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Systems Administrator to manage, support, and enhance a hybrid on-premise and cloud infrastructure across a 250-user environment.
This is a hands-on role covering server administration, user support, and network operations (70% systems / 30% networking).
Based on the North Gold Coast, this position offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work across Azure, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive in a close-knit technical team.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and maintain on-premise servers and Azure cloud services
Manage O365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive environments
Support user base of 250, ensuring uptime, backups, and security
Assist in network operations including LAN/WAN configuration, firewalls, and VPNs
Implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability
Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing IT projects
Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience in Systems or Network Administration
Strong background in Microsoft Azure, O365, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive
Understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs)
Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Current driver's licence and own vehicle (North Gold Coast based)
