Our Marketing Manager, Media and Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) works in partnership with our Brand team and agency village to drive penetration and maximise media contribution to sales. You’ll; optimise media planning, buying and implementation whilst also recommending testing new channels to accelerate profitable growth.
ABOUT YOU – OUR NEXT ORIGINAL

Minimum 5 years’ overall marketing experience with at least 2 years in a marketing position at communications and strategy formulation level.
Tertiary degree level qualification essential, with major in marketing or business-related discipline preferred.
Retail, service/multi outlet, food industry experience highly regarded.
Experience in working with media / communication agencies essential.
Strong analytical skills in media measurement and audience segmentation.
Excellent Interpersonal, project management and communication skills.
Previous experience with multinational preferred (US based highly regarded).
Proven ability working in a fast-paced, complex operating environment. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and plan effectively.
Oversee the development of efficient and effective Integrated Marketing campaigns in partnership with the Brand team and Agency Village.
Lead the annual IMC and Media planning process across the Marketing team and Agency Village.
Develop and recommend media strategies, plans, and budgets to achieve growth, revenue, performance, and profit targets.
Manage full media funnel strategies and investments.
Serve as the primary contact for media agencies, partners, and other communications experts.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient campaign delivery and performance measurement.
Stay abreast of emerging media and research methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Provide data-driven recommendations and measurement solutions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by proposing and implementing enhancements to processes and methodologies.
Work with the media agency across all competitive monitoring and reporting, making strategic recommendations.
Champion Media opportunities, best practice and learning amongst the Marketing Team.
Ensure that all communications activities comply with local legislative requirements.
Provide input to strategic planning process, periodic review and update of strategic plans.
Monitor, evaluate and manage Agency(s) performance.
Consult and liaise with cross functional teams to enable effective execution and maximisation of marketing/sales programs.
Oversee marketing support for field activities designed to achieve sales and profit objectives.
