Job Description:
The Administrative Review Tribunal is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Business Intelligence section and drive the development and review of the caseload strategy. This exciting ongoing role within the Finance and Analytics Branch offers flexibility and can be located in multiple locations.
As the Director Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for developing and delivering whole-of-caseload recommendations, monitoring performance against key organisational measures, and delivering high-level insights. You will work closely with operational, data, and information areas across the organisation to capture relevant organisational data and provide analysis and reporting to support effective planning and decision making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Expert conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and translate complex data into high-quality reports and actionable insights.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a collaborative team, including proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong organisational skills, including the ability to work with a high level of autonomy and anticipate and manage competing priorities.
* Experience in monitoring organisational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategic adjustments based on data insights.
