Position ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this position are:Remote desktop administration and supportTechnical support for remote usersEffectively manage and support the majority of Tier 1, 2, and 3 internal IT helpdesk functions across the group, resolving complex tickets and issues with external vendors as requiredUser account management across varied licenses, directories, CRMs, and Microsoft SuiteSystem installation and maintenanceSharePoint and M365 AD administrationMonitor and respond to security issues (both physical and technical)Assist with creating and maintaining documentation including policies and proceduresParticipate in initiatives across the entire ICT infrastructure to maximize performance and service deliveryProvide direct support activities, training, and upskilling for the wider service delivery and leadership teamsThe role will not require access to clinical systems or any client personal data; systems include Lumary, Splose, Xero, Employment Hero, NDIS Portal, etc.Essential RequirementsTertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or close to completion), or related industry experienceProven work experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar roleProficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows, SharePoint, and Office 365In-depth understanding of cloud infrastructure protocolsIn-depth understanding of security best practicesExcellent time-management, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work independently to deadlines or SLAs, both individually and as part of a teamStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users verbally and in writingDesirable Technical CompetenciesRemote desktop managementExperience with modern configuration management and deployment systemsPower-Automate, scripting, and patching (beneficial but not essential)User management (Active Directory)Microsoft Ecosystem (Office365, SharePoint Online, Exchange, Group Policy)Windows desktop (Win 10 and 11)Apple desktopSmartphonesVoIP (beneficial but not essential)Data governanceShoreXtra PerksFree barista-style coffeeFree parking and jeepney servicesHighly engaged teamUnlimited potential for growthChallenging roleFun and family-oriented working environmentSilver level referral bonusWork SetupOn-siteMonday to Friday, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
