Cadastral Survey Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cadastral Survey Team Leader to lead and coordinate our cadastral surveying projects. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring junior survey staff, ensuring accurate and consistent project delivery.
* Lead and coordinate cadastral surveying projects, including boundary surveys, titling, easements, and subdivisions.
* Mentor and guide junior survey staff to ensure high-quality project delivery.
* Provide advice on cadastral calculations, survey methodologies, legislation, and compliance requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* An Associate degree or higher in Surveying; registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (or another state) is highly regarded.
* A minimum of 5 years solid experience in cadastral surveying, including boundary identification, titling, and subdivision work.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
