Transport & Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced, organised and proactive Transport & Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our Seymour farm. This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring efficient product dispatch, transport planning, and delivery execution to meet customer expectations. You will also be working closely with our drivers to ensure compliance with CoR/NHVL guidelines and safe transport operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate the daily movement of turf products from harvest through to delivery, working closely with production teams, drivers, customers, and external transport providers.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule daily turf deliveries across Victoria and interstate
* Coordinate harvest timing with production teams to align with delivery schedules
* Manage and communicate with internal drivers and external transport contractors
* Optimise freight efficiency, load planning, and routing
* Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve delays or issuesMaintain accurate dispatch documentation and transport records
* Liaise with customers regarding delivery times, changes, and requirements
* Support broader operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You are highly organised, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.

* Previous experience in transport, logistics, or dispatch coordination
* Strong planning and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timeframes
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Confident using systems and spreadsheets for scheduling and tracking
* A practical mindset with a willingness to be hands‐on when required
* Knowledge of agriculture, construction materials, or a similar industry is advantageous
