The opportunity to join our team
We’re looking for a Marketing Enablement & Delivery Manager to lead the implementation and adoption of Adobe Workfront across the marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in transforming how we manage and deliver marketing work — from request intake to execution. You’ll establish and optimise workflows, streamline resource planning, and enable team-wide collaboration. Working closely with key stakeholders, you’ll ensure visibility, efficiency, and alignment across all marketing activities. This is an exciting opportunity to bring structure, scale, and strategy to our high-performing marketing function.
Key Responsibilities
o Lead the rollout and adoption of Adobe Workfront across the marketing team, including system configuration, process design, onboarding, and training
o Design and manage marketing intake, triage, and prioritisation processes, ensuring visibility and transparency across requests
o Act as the central coordination point for all inbound marketing requests across teams and channels
o Ensure all briefs are complete, meet required standards, and are directed to the appropriate teams
o Drive continuous improvement of workflows, templates, and practices to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (digital, creative, product, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery from briefing to execution
o Provide regular updates and reports on project statuses, workloads, and performance improvements
o Partner with marketing leaders to manage resource capacity and demand planning
What You Will Bring
o Proven experience in marketing operations, project delivery, or program management within a mid-to-large organisation
o Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (preferred) or other marketing work management tools
o Strong understanding of marketing workflows and campaign execution processes
o Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
o Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
o Confidence in leading change, driving adoption, and aligning diverse teams
o Ability to assess and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency
o Comfort working in high-paced, deadline-driven environments
o Understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and creative briefing processes
