Look no further, the Business Support Services unit in Infrastructure Services Division is seeking a Temporary AO4 Senior HR Support Officer to assist in the provision of operational support and advice to our division employees on a diverse range of human resource management matters.

About The Role
As the Senior HR Support Officer, you will work closely with our Senior Corporate Services Officers by:
Monitoring incoming queries and providing general HR advice and business support services to internal clients to ensure compliance with internal approval processes, legislation, directives, policies and standards.
Supporting business units with activities including payroll administration, establishment queries and other business support initiatives as directed.
Any other duties as required.
About You
You demonstrate the ability and willingness to contribute your business administration knowledge and acumen to support and guide people resourcing decisions.
You are willing to contribute to operational HR process improvement activities.
You enjoy being part of a diverse and agile team, working collaboratively to provide quality client services and positive outcomes in an accurate and timely manner.
You are confident and competent in your knowledge of and exposure to HR/Payroll systems, recruitment processes, MS Excel, Adobe and PowerBI (dashboards); capability or similar would be highly regarded.
