Job Description Own the month‑end close end‑to‑end, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, opex reviews, and reporting packs Support statutory reporting and financial statement audits, partnering closely with the audit lead to drive smooth, on‑time completion Partner with Revenue and Operations teams to support the automation and scaling of revenue accounting processes within a SaaS framework Deliver Finance Operations (FinOps) projects, working through a backlog of process, policy and systems initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, reporting tools, and the practical application of AI and automation across finance Oversee Accounts Payable and Global Treasury activities, providing leadership, review, and development support to the Assistant Accountant Own and enhance management reporting, delivering clear, decision‑ready insights on financial performance, variances, and key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, churn) Strengthen internal controls and financial governance as the business scales globally, ensuring policies, processes and controls remain fit‑for‑purpose The Successful Applicant Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance or similar CA/CPA qualification Exceptional interpersonal skills - culture fit is huge here Strong technical accounting experience (5 years) Big 4/Mid Tier audit background strongly preferred A proactive "can-do" attitude, with high attention to detail, skeptical eye, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
