The Opportunity
A highly respected company with a track record in delivering multistorey apartments, offices and mixed use developments.
$30m apartment project upcoming in the inner north, 7 storeys, double basement, good access. May start for preplanning and early works.
Your Responsibilities
* Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
* Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
* Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stakeholders
* Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
* Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
Experience/Qualifications
* A stable track record in supervision of medium rise commercial or apartment projects
* Certificate III or IV in OHS
* An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
* Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
* Tower crane experience a must
* An ability to lead a site team consisting of Foremen, OHS/Labourer and other site based personnel
* A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.

* A salary package up to the value of $220k, depending upon skills and experience
