About the Role:

* Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and oversee food preparation in the à la carte and banqueting kitchens.

* Develop and test new recipes and seasonal menus that highlight flavor and creativity.

* Supervise, train and develop kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment.

* Oversee and uphold food quality and hygiene standards in our kitchen operations, including banquets and à la carte restaurants.

* Manage inventory, order supplies and minimize waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of seasonal menu creation and design, as well as knowledge of Food Safety (HACCP).

Able to effectively interact and communicate with staff, management and vendors, and proven ability to design and manage efficient staffing schedules, optimizing team performance.
