**Position Summary**:
An exciting opportunity currently exists for an Internal Auditor to join Nestlé Internal Audit team based in Rhodes, Sydney. Internal Auditor will perform review and assessment through formal audits of Nestlé units including Head Offices, Factories, Distribution Centers, Sales Offices, Shared Service Centers, 3rd party providers in the Oceania and Southeast Asia region (OSEA region).
**A day in the life**:
Reporting to the OSEA Regional Audit Manager, key responsibilities of the role include:
- Conduct audits of assigned chapter in a timely manner, highlighting areas (audit issues and recommendations) which assist Nestlé in improving the existence and effectiveness of internal controls, reliability and integrity of financial & operational information, compliance to Nestlé policies, instructions & guidelines, as well as local laws, and efficient use of company resources & assets.
- Assist Team Lead Auditor to perform risk-based audit via review different sources of information (i.e. previous audit reports, operational performance reports, KPI's, CSA results) and interviews with key stakeholders
- Manage stakeholders (including local management and Audit management). i.e., involvement during both planning and fieldwork to consider concerns on timing and audit scope.
- Ensure all audit work is documented in an organized, accurate and concise manner, clearly supporting the conclusions reached in the audits performed through creation of internal audit reports summarizing key findings and recommendations identified through the course of audit testing.

- Degree qualification in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration / Economics / Engineering / IT / Mathematics / Law required.
- 1-2 years of internal / external audit experience in FMCG, Food or related industry.
- 1-2 years of operational experience (Finance, SC, Sales, Marketing, or Industrial Performance).
- CFA/CIA/CPA qualification or equivalent is desirable.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage internal and external global stakeholders at all levels.
- Travelling locally & internationally for up to 30 - 34 weeks.
- With stakeholders based in various time zones, flexibility is essential as you participate in teleconferences and activities outside of standard business hours.
