Position: Early Childhood Educator (Full-time Permanent)
Salary: Educators – $***** per hour

Responsibilities
Collaborate with peers to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs.
Ensure safety is paramount in everything you do and maintain an inclusive learning environment responsive to all children's needs.
Qualifications
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom, engaging effectively with educators, families and children.
Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
Seek and share best-practice examples to enhance the educational program.
Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
