We're Rustico at Hay Shed Hill, known for our award-winning restaurant and growing portfolio of premium accommodation across the stunning Margaret River region. We're looking for team members who understand that the exceptional guest experience we have become known for in our restaurant is what our guests expect across all our businesses.

Initially, your hours will be around 20 hours a week as we nurture our current properties. However, for the right team member, this role is designed to develop into a full-time position in the near future as our business expands and new properties come online. We're investing in growth, and we want you to be a key part of our journey.
What You'll Be Doing:
Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining pristine cleanliness across our beautiful Airbnbs in Quindalup (Villa Rustica) and our luxurious beachfront Airbnb in Busselton (Kings Cabin).
* Interacting with guests to provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere and assisting with general inquiries.
* Collaborating with our vibrant team to deliver high standards of service, reflecting the Rustico at Hay Shed Hill brand.
Initially, you'll work 20 hours per week, with the following approximate breakdown:
* Busselton Property: 4-8 hours per week
* New Heritage House (Quindalup): 4 hours per week
Please note, you MUST have a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle. This is essential as your work will be spread across our properties in the beautiful South West .
Your Availability:
We offer flexibility but require availability for specific shifts:
* Flexible days mid-week are possible, potentially aligning with school hours.
* Availability for some Sunday cleans is essential.
What We're Looking For:
* The right person – Start now or when you're ready.
* Proven cleaning experience, ideally within the hospitality industry.
* Laundry experience and a strong understanding of hygiene practices.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills – ability to work independently and manage tasks across locations.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and going the extra mile for guests.
