About the Role
We are seeking an all-rounder Civil Leading Hand to join our crews and work on projects including upgrading and upsizing water and wastewater infrastructure across southern Sydney. Responsibilities include formwork for pipelines, drainage, water, sewer, and stormwater projects, as well as pump stations, concrete work, and steel fixing. You will oversee quality and safety within your team.
Desired Experience
* Experience with water infrastructure projects
* Leadership experience with crews
* Machinery experience (Excavator, Skid Steer)
* Formwork and concreting skills, including interpreting plans
* Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Skills & Qualifications
* White Card
* Trade Certifications (Civil Construction, Concreter, Form Worker, Plant Tickets)
* MR/HR Licence
* Confined Space, Working at Heights tickets
Desirable Skills
* HR Truck Licence
* First Aid
* Dogman Ticket
* Excavator Statement of Attainment
Additional Information
Favourable hourly rates based on experience, including overtime and benefits. Training and development provided. Operating Monday to Friday with potential night shifts for capital projects.
