About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Tingalpa site. Reporting to the Site General Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, material movements, storage, and logistics. Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
* Ensure compliance with GMP, WHS, ODC, TGA, and company SOPs
* Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and timely movement of materials
* Maintain accurate stock control, reconciliation, and reporting
* Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence
* Foster a positive, safe, and efficient workplace culture
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and inventory management systems
To be successful you need to
* 2+ years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role within warehousing, production, or supply chain
* Previous experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or food manufacturing environments highly regarded
* Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to adapt, prioritise, and deliver in a fast-paced environment
* Physically fit – some manual handling required
* Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs
