About The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join their team. In this role you will play a vital part in the successful delivery of construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating on-site construction activities to meet project requirements and timelines
* Interpreting and applying technical specifications, drawings and construction plans
* Liaising with managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project communication
* Maintaining documentation, QA systems and HSE compliance across all stages
* Monitoring progress against schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery
* Assisting with administration, procurement and general project support tasks
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* 2 years construction experience in a similar role (graduates encouraged to apply)
* Full or partial completion of a Bachelor in Engineering, Construction or Project Management
* Valid White Card and Construction Induction certification
* Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving abilities
* Confident interpreting drawings, assisting with QA and supporting site coordination
* A proactive mindset, attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment
