We are currently on the lookout for passionate, driven and customer‐obsessed 7‐Eleven team members to fuel up their career in a store management position at our Colac store.
You must have full‐time work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
What will your day look like?
- Deliver an extraordinary customer experience for our loyal and valued customers.
- Inspire and motivate a team of Retail Assistants with your 'lead by example' and hands‐on approach to all store operational and management tasks.
- Create a pipeline for future leaders by coaching and mentoring your team with on‐the‐job training and stretch tasks.
- Be a champion of safety at 7‐Eleven at all times.
- Maintain excellent store standards including cleanliness, functionality of store machines & equipment and merchandising.

- $73,537 + 12% Super + 15% annual bonus eligibility.
