Technaus Solar is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our growing team in Canning Vale, WA. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for confirming scheduled appointments for our sales team.
This role is in office in Canning Vale – Amherst Road.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Confirm bookings for in-home assessments following the criteria. Bonus on hitting confirmed booking numbers in a week
* Reschedule and re-book appointments from the call center.
* Updating and accurate management of Zoho CRM
* Assist Admin in other duties such as scheduling install, service calls, phone calls.
* Data entry and follow up on finance applications
* Foster a positive, high-performing team culture
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
