Job Title: Mechanical Site Leaders
Mechanical site leaders are required to oversee teams of skilled tradespeople on various projects, including structural, piping installation, and asset integrity works at different sites.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Leading teams of riggers, boilermakers, fitters, and trade assistants
* Ensuring adherence to safety standards and procedures
* Conducting incident investigations and reporting findings
* Reviewing and signing off on risk assessments and permits for work tasks
* Providing pre-start briefings to team members
Requirements:
* 2-5 years of supervisory experience
* Knowledge of clients in the resources industry is desirable
* Must hold a WHS supervisor certificate (or have the capacity to obtain one)
* Proof of right to work in Australia
* Dedication to team safety, well-being, and development
